Forthcoming RESG Event

Requirements: Why bother?

Special BCS 50th Anniversary event held in conjunction with BCS West London Branch.

Date
30 October 2007, 6.30pm

Venue
Brunel University, West London [MAP]

Michael Jackson will give a talk entitled "Requirements: Why Bother?"

For many developers, explicit requirements are a relic of the now discredited waterfall process. They would like a more agile process, working to informal stories provided by customers. To understand when explicit detailed requirements are necessary we must look at many dimensions of the nature of the system to be built and of its requirements, and at the degree of risk and novelty involved in the whole development.

A buffet will be provided from 6.30pm for a 7.15 start.

Registration

If you would like to attend please contact Les Neal: les.neal@which.net. (Please also indicate if you will require a car parking permit.)
