Why do assumptions within teams, departments and companies happen? They often result in incoherent tasks, misaligned goals, and tense communication making an ASS out of u and ME. This talk investigates how to deconstruct assumptions by using CASE to run your project, programme, or strategy. The four CASE themes are: Context, Aims, Simplify, Explify (Explain & Exemplify). They are methodology agnostic (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE), team location independent and they empower decisive teams.
The CASE themes explore and demonstrate requirements engineering practice applied in various scenarios. Marko will discuss how the CASE themes can be interpreted for your scenarios with examples from his experiences running startups to working with large banks and the various NHS bodies.
